For all your normal everyday standard size packages weighing less than 70 pounds and less than 84 inches (Length + Girth) you can pick from one of the following payment options:

Safe Package offers safe storage locations for your packages, protecting them from theft. Pick-up packages at convenient times or use our vacation hold service when you're away. Real-time notifications keep you updated on your package status, ensuring peace of mind and convenience.

Safe Package will need the following information to complete your registration:

A valid email address
A valid physical address
Phone number

On your first visit to the Safe Package office, you will be required to provide government photo ID and complete a Canada Post Letter of Authorization form found here.

Buy Stuff Online.

When you make online purchases, use Safe Package's Shipping Address as your Business or Personal Mailing & Shipping Address.

All you have to do is put your Name, your PM#, and Safe Package's Shipping Address when asked to fill in shipping info.

*If your tracking number is not registered your package will not be covered under our guarantee.

Payment Plans.

Pick a payment option at pick-up.

Option #1:

Per package plan - $10.00 per package**

Option #2:

Monthly discount plan - $25.00 per month with unlimited $4.00 per package for 30 days.

Option #3:

Annual discount plan - $180 per year with unlimited $3.00 per package for 12 months

Our Security Guarantee

All packages and skids tracked, received and signed for by Safe Package come with our exclusive FULL replacement guarantee:

If we cannot locate your package or if it is damaged while in Safe Package care, we will either replace the item or reimburse you for 100% of its value at our discretion.

Note: Claims may take up to 30 days to investigate. Proper documentation detailing the contents and value of the package is required.
